Asian cucumber salad....




Another recipe served at the community kitchen BBQ. Sliced, seeded English cucumbers, sliced sweet onion, rice wine vinegar, evoo, asian chili sauce, sugar, chopped cilantro and peanuts. Tasty and simple and a great way to use up a glut of cucumbers.

    That looks good. I miss peanuts and nuts.

    I've got cucumber salad on the menu for tomorrow. I may just toss some cukes with rice wine vinegar.

    my neighbor just brought me some organic cukes from her garden- will be making this to go with my supper!!! yum.
