I really enjoyed the Maple-Glazed Salmon I made recently but that won't use up much of that maple syrup.

Maple bread pudding found in the Joy of Cooking; the recipe uses a full cup of maple syrup.I augment the cream in the recipe with some creme fraiche. Adding some dried cherries is a nice touch, too.It's a crowd pleaser. Just don't overcook it. I prefer a wetter bread pudding.
