mmmmmmm maple



Robin brought me home 2 liters of cooking grade maple syrup( Canadian grade 3). Anyone have any good maple recipes?

  1. I really enjoyed the Maple-Glazed Salmon I made recently but that won't use up much of that maple syrup.

  2. Maple bread pudding found in the Joy of Cooking; the recipe uses a full cup of maple syrup.

    I augment the cream in the recipe with some creme fraiche. Adding some dried cherries is a nice touch, too.

    It's a crowd pleaser. Just don't overcook it. I prefer a wetter bread pudding.
